The mares we have at Roslin Stud have modern, foundation, halter and performance bloodlines with the emphasis being world class at what event they do. Not only do our mares look good on paper, they look good in real life!! We strive to acquire mares for our breeding program with exceptional conformation, looks, athletic ability, good disposition, size and colour in addition to proven performance and producing bloodlines. We have tried to put together a variety of mares in the hope of fitting everyone's needs, providing a range of foals for all events. But our goal is to breed a horse that can hold it's own in the halter ring but go and do performance events as well, watch this space... Our first offspring to do this are not disappointing, with Halter point earners already! As well as the Reserve champion 2 & 3 yr old mare in the UK in 2005 and 2006, we ended 2007 with the AQHA-UK Yearling Halter Futurity winner!

Lacy stands 15hh. Absolutely to die for!! we saw her and another 'got to have' happened, she is beautifully marked,( check out the tops of her front legs!) very correct and gorgeous to top it off.You have to see her in the flesh to really appreciate her, we cant stop looking at her!
She is by Two Step a black overo stallion who has produced various point earners in Reining to Racing, including Lacys full sister who earned 3 Racing Points, with one win and a 4th, accumulating over $1100 in earnings, he is by Tag Step by Big Step. Lacy is out of Easy For Kristin who is also a producer, by a son of Easy Jet and out of a very sucsessful Pleasure point earning mare, Victorious Miss. Back in foal to Shiny Little Spark for 2009.

Savannah was imported from Texas and is a beautiful big powerful mare who stands around 15.1hh, she is by Brennas Kid the 1989 NRHA Futurity Champion, 1989 Joe Cody Classic Snaffle Bit Champion, 1991 NRHA Congress Open Champion, 1991 IRC Nation's Cup Open, he is also an all time leading money earner with NRHA earning $118,249 as well as being #19 on the all time leading sires list with earners of $529,108.62, as at April 10th 2005, with many huge performers including two world champions, Brennas Kid is sired by Kid Five Cody by Joe Cody and out Be Aechs Brenna a daughter of Be Aech Enterprise she is #31 on the NRHA all time leading dam list producing the earners of over $132,000.

She is out of Mistin Rain who has produced the earners of over 200 points, NRHA Earnings and multiple ROM's as well as world show qualifiers. Her sire the world champion producer and NRHA leading sire Zan Parr Express, himself an AQHA champion and leading sire of AQHA champions among other accolades, Superior reining, Open High Point reining and Per ROM earner. He has produced the earners of over 3000 points along with the earners of over $40,000 with NRHA, Superiors High Point winners and many ROM earners including The Hot Express.
